ACCOUNT STAGESFour stages every new account passes through
Treat the account as a short project with a clear order. Skipping ahead is the usual reason people end up locked out of a payout they thought was routine.
Stage 1: the Join form
You enter your name exactly as it appears on your identification, plus date of birth, address and contact details. A mismatch here is the cause of most later document rejections, so copy from the document itself.
Stage 2: the text-message code
A six-digit passcode is texted to your mobile number and must be typed in within 20 minutes. Until that is done, the account cannot be used to sign in.
Stage 3: identity and address proof
The operator may check age, identity, address and more. Upload clear images through the verification area of your account while you are still calm, not on the day you want to withdraw.
Stage 4: limits, then payout
Set deposit, spend or session limits before you add money. Full access, withdrawals included, is described as available once verification is complete.
HOW TO USE THIS SITEGames come after the paperwork, not before it
The game pages here are short and written for a verified account holder: what to check, which limits to set and how to keep a session within them. They do not rank games or promise results.
CHECKLIST TAGSWhat each stage is really testing
Every step exists to answer one question about you or your money. Knowing the question helps you prepare the right answer the first time.
Is the name genuine
Is the phone yours
Are you an adult
Is the address current
Are the limits yours
PHONE HABITSSmall habits that avoid a locked account
Phones make it easy to mistype or to register twice by accident. Only one account is permitted per customer, and extra ones may be restricted or closed.
Register once only
If the SMS code does not arrive, ask live chat instead of starting a new form with a different number or spelling.
Check the country list
If your country of residence is not listed on the form, an account cannot be created. Look at the list before typing anything else.
